Build-In Functions

Hi,
We are migrating from MS Access to Reporting Services.
When building a query in MS Access we have the possibility to create
functions with the expression builder.
The builder contains a lot of standard functions (Built-In Functions).
Question 1:
Is there such a system when building queries for Reporting Services.
Question 2:
It is possible to create user_defined functions in SQL-server.
Are there libraries outhere of user_defined functions Microsoft or the
community has build ?
Thanks for you reply.....
Regards,
Frank1. Yes there is a query builder built in to the development environment (
pretty much the same thing as in Access.)
2. Yes you can create UDFs in SQL... Many people share their UDFs on the
web, you just have to search or ask onthe newsgroups. Additionally RS allows
the use of Excel, and VB functions automatically...
